IMPHAL, Aug 21: The Union for Transparency and RTI (UTRTI), Manipur, has filed an application to the SPIO/ director of health services, Manipur, under the RTI Act requesting him to furnish information regarding the programmes to be taken up in the state under the National Rural Health Mission (NHRM), said a release.
