IMPHAL, Sep 22: A team of CDO/IE arrested one KCP (MC) cadre namely Kakchingtabam Boby alias Ingobi Sharma, 35, son of Late K Abiram Sharma of Moirangpurel Mayai Leikai from Kongpal Iranpham bridge. According to a press release issued by the Police/IE he disclosed that he joined KCP (MC) organization in the year 2010 under the command of one Sovet of KCP (MC) organization and that he was involved in extortion from the general public.
