IMPHAL, Oct 14 (NNN): For the people of Bunglon village in Manipur, their lives swiveled from being hopeless to one of optimism when the then President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam paid them an unexpected visit during his tour of the State of Manipur on October 16, 2006.
