Imphal, November 10:In an official release, the Central Executive Committee of Manipur State Congress has informed that the part has been reconstituted with effect from November 10 with Yumnam Mani Singh, former Minister as the party president. The details of the new committee member s can be obtained from the office of the Manipur State Congress Party, Nityaipat Chuthek.
