IMPHAL, Dec 4: The Council of Tribal Literature Societies, Manipur has appreciated the Hill Areas Committee (HAC) of the Manipur State Legislative Assembly and all the members of the HAC for adopting the a bill on the Manipur State Policy of Tribal Languages on November 16 and recommended it to the state government on November 18.
