IMPHAL, Dec 2: State government has recently ordered to constitute a Magisterial Enquiry into the death of Keisham Ongbi Suni Devi, 24, wife of K Sunderjit Singh of Wabagai Thingel Leikai, under Thoubal district during the child brith at Langol View Clinic, Lamphel pat during the month of April last.
According to an official the recent official order issued by the district magistrate Imphal West district, K Radhakumar Singh has mentioned terms and references of the enquiry which includes, to ascertain the facts and circumstances leading to the incident, to analyze the facts and circumstances, to analyze the findings based on the facts and circumstances thereof and to make recommendations to prevent recurrence of such incidents in future.
Besides, K Radhakanta Singh, District Magistrate, Imphal West district has been appointed to conduct the very magisterial enquiry as per the another official order of the state government. Further, it is also officially ordered that the aforesaid magisterial enquiry should be conduct at the Court Room of the District Magistrate, Imphal west district, Lamphelpat.
On the other hand, as per the official notification issued by the state district magistrate Imphal west district, any person (s) willing/desirous to give oral evidence or produce any material/documents before the enquiry officer in connection with the aforementioned enquiry, is/are requested to submit his/her particulars in plain paper addressed to the district magistrate Imphal west before ending November last month, the official order mentioned.
