IMPHAL, Dec 19: The Manipur Film Development Corporation Ltd has today organized a Felicitation programme for the participants from the state at the IFFI, 2010 which was held in Goa along with a Reception function for the awardees of the 7th Manipur State Film Festival, 2010 at the conference hall, MFDC.
