IMPHAL, Jan 28: All India Students’ Federation (AISF), Manipur State Council, has expressed discontentment over the deficiencies in the implementation of Right to Education Act, 2009.
A release of AISF said that the Right to Education Act, 2009 has been enacted all over the country to provide free and compulsory education to the children up to the age of 14 years, however the implementation of this act in the state is still in the infancy stage with no concrete measures taken up by the state government.
