IMHAL, Jan 29: The 96th birth anniversary celebration of Haipei Rani Gaidinlung was observed at GM Hall Imphal, Imphal organized by the Kabui Mothers Association, Manipur (KAMA) on January 26.
The formal celebration was attended by social worker L Shantibala Devi, Amu Kamei president ZU ( Manipur Assam, Nagaland) and Kakom Langlu Kamei, president KAMA as chief guest, guest of honour.
According to a release of the KAMA, during the celebration, delegates including, Dilipkumar Yumnamcha, president UCM, Dhanabir Laishram, social activists and Dr. Budha Kamei delivered their speech on the life history of the Haipei Rani Gaidinglu.
On the other hand, the celebration was made a success with the total participations from various representatives of the social organizations and well wishers, added the release.
