IMPHAL, Jan 28: The medical team of 39 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector under HQ IGAR(South) timely saved the life of a boy bitten by a venomous snake on 27 Jan 11. The victim named Master Satyajit, 12 yrs, was brought to the Unit Hospital in a critical condition. The victim was immediately attended to by the Medical officer who administered life saving anti snake venom. Immediate medical intervention saved the life of the victim.
