IMPHAL, February 3: A team of Medical officer and paramedical staff of 17 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) conducted a medical camp at Awangkasom village on Feb 2, 2011. More than 257 patients from Awangkasom and adjoining areas were diagnosed and provided medicines. A lecture on “awareness of HIV/AIDS and hygiene/sanitation†were also conducted by the medical team the according to release.
