IMPHAL, Feb 17: Transfer and posting of one IAS officer and three MCS officer have been made by the state government recently.
As per the official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Devesh Deval IAS, Joint Secy. Home, Director Relief and Rehabilitation was transferred as Joint Secy. Home and Sericulture, Gopen Meitei MCS, Addl Secretary IFCD/Agriculture/MI/Sericulture as Addl Secretary IFCD/Agriculture/MI/YAS and Director YAS, Bobby Waikhom MCS, Addl. Secy. YAS/A & C in charge Director YAS as Director Relief and Rehabilitation and T Ranjit MCS, Addl Secy DP/ACR/AE & Dir (Instl Fin)/ MD MSCB as Addl. Secy DP/ACR/AE/Arts and Culture & Dir (Instl Fin) MD-MSCB.
