Imphal Jan 8: Two persons have been killed in separate road mishaps occurred in different places.
In the first incident a person was reportedly knocked down a truck yesterday around 6:30 pm at Sanghai under Litan police station.
The victim is identified as one Netkhogin Haokip, 25, s/o (L) Lamkhothang of Litan.
According to reports Netkhogin was rush to RIMS however right after the incident however he succumbed to his injury on his way to the hospital. The registration number of the truck involved in the mishap could not be identified as it hurried away after the incident.
In another incident a pedestrian who knocked down by an NV scooter yesterday evening around 5:30 pm at Sangaiprou succumbed to his injury.
The victim is identified as one Ibochou of Malom Tulihal Makha Leikai. No detail reports could be acquired till the filing of this report.
