IMPHAL, Feb 14: Discovering the movement of UG cadres in general area Ishika Khn, troops of 23 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) launched operation in the area and apprehended one KCP (MC, Lanheiba) cadre at around 3 am on February 11.
The individual was identified as Sarojam Bakin Chandra Singh, 38 years, s/o Tomba Singh of Ishika Khn, Pangei PO, Imphal. He has been handed over to Lamlai Police station, said a statement of the PRO IGAR (S).
