IMPHAL March 2: With an endeavor to spot talented young archers from the state and to further groom them into professional archers who can excel at national and international arenas, 165 TA Battalion (Manipur Terriers) in coordination with the Manipur Archery Association conducted the selection for the finalist at Koirengei Airfield today.
Altogether 32 boys under 14 years of age and girls under the age of 16 years have been selected for the finals which are scheduled to take place from March 6 till the 28. The Mega Bullseye Archery Challenge carries a cash prize of Rs 1 lac each for both categories.
