IMPHAL March 17: A two day awareness program on instituting library for the community will be organized by the Manipur Library Association (MALA) at Chandel and Ukhrul district on March 20 and 23 consecutively. The awareness program is carried out under the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Library Foundation and Department of Arts and Culture,Manipur. All interested persons and NGOs are invited to attend the program ,a release by Ch Ibohal,general secretary of MALA states.
