IMPHAL May 8: Chief Minister O. Ibobi Singh today inspected the ongoing construction of Thoubal Multipurpose Project and Dolaithabi Barrage With the objective of completing the project on time, the Chief Minister conducted the inspection tour and to asses the progress of the ongoing construction works of the project.Speaking at the works sites, the Chief Minister expressed his satisfaction over the pace of the construction works of both projects and advised the officials concerned that every effort should be made for overall completion of the project on time. The Chief Minister also appealed all the people of the state to extend their full cooperation in the various development projects taken up in state by the government.During the inspection tour the Chief Minister was accompanied by IFCD minister N. Biren Singh, Dy Speaker Th Lokeshore Singh and top officials of the IFCD department.
