IMPHAL, May 10: A new local political party under the banner of the Manipur Democratic People’s Front (MDPF) has been formed. Informing this a release of the newly floated political party said the MDPF is based on parliamentary democracy in the interest of public demand and the party has been registered with the Election Commission of India. Dr Tonsana Sharma is president of the newly floated political party while T Brajamani Singh, W Chaoba, L Nabakumar, L Rabango Singh, Dr H Priyokumar Singh, G Gajendra Sharma as vice-president, secretary, treasurer, general secretary(adm.) general secretary (Pol) and joint secretary respectively.
