IMPHAL, May 15: Residents of Wangkhem village under Keirao Assembly Constituency today dignified former leader of the proscribed PULF MI Khan in his new role of a social worker after severing all ties with his former militant outfit. The people of the village today expressed their gratitude to Md Islamuddin Khan popularly known as MI Khan for his benevolent acts including the installation of a new power transformer from his own expenditure in the village.
