Manipur Cycle Club today observed a two minutes silence on 13th September 2011 in its office, expressing our deepest regret on the sudden demise of Chongtham Samarendra of Keisamthong Top Leirak, in a tragic road accident. He was a cycle enthusiast and one of the Founder Members of the MCC. We are deeply indebted to your words of advice and the enthusiasm shown during the establishment of Manipur Cycle Club. His absence is deeply mourned by the members of Manipur Cycle Club. The Manipur Cycle Club also expresses concerns about the traffic regulations that exist in the city that leads to unnecessary loss of precious lives.
