IMPHAL Oct 24: A joint operation carried out by troops of 43 Assam Rifles under 59 Mountain brigade of the Red Shield Division along with 23 Assam Rifles today apprehended one cadre of KYKL namely Ongam Manglam Babu, s/o late O Ibocha Singh of Keibi Awang Leikai ,Imphal West from a house in Sagolmang.The apprehended cadre was handed over to Police Station, a PIB release states.
