IMPHAL, Oct 6: The Tumnoupokpi Women Development Committee organized a two day cultural exchange programme on cultural unity and role of women in cultural presentation on October 1-2 at Tumnoupokpi Thangal village community Hall, Senapati which was sponsored by the North East Zone Cultural Centre.
