IMPHAL, Oct 16: CPI (M), Manipur state secretariat member, Kshetrimayum Santa has left Imphal today to attend a one-day workshop for representatives of national and state level political parties on election expenditure maintaining matters to be organized by Election Commission of India on October 17 at New Delhi, stated a release of CPI (M).
