IMPHAL, Oct 1: The venue for the scrutiny of nomination papers of candidates and withdrawal of candidatures in respect of eight district council constituencies under Senapati and Ukhrul ADCs have been shifted to the office complex of deputy commsiioner, Imphal West located at Lamphelpat due to sensitive situation prevailing in the autonomous districts.
