IMPHAL, Dec 28: The Manipur Film Development Corporation is organising the 2nd Replay International Film Festival, 2012 at Imphal from January 11 to 15, 2012 at the premise of JNMDA. The festival is to be organised under the patronage of the Governor of Manipur in association with The Huntre, an organisation of film lovers, said a release.
