IMPHAL December 27: To check the instances of road mishaps during the New Year celebrations, Imphal west police will organize a special drive from December 30 onwards so as to ensure that certain safety norm are followed and to pull up any errant riders. During the drive, licence, registration, insurance, triple riding, driving at excessive speed, over loading etc will be fined, a release of L Kailun, SSP of Imphal west has stated.
