IMPHAL, Dec 10: The Governor has re-allocated the works of Dr J Suresh Babu, IAS principal secretary (edu-s/SCERT, adult education, forest & environment and added the new work of Irrigation and Flood Control Department. The department of CAF&PD and Sc & Tech will be looked after by the link commissioner of H Imocha Singh, until further notice.
