IMPHAL, Dec 5: The Sadar Hills Districthood Demand Committee (SHDDC) has convened a special meeting tomorrow at district council hall Kangpokpi to review the failure of the commitment of the state government, to study the pessimistic political condition and at the same time to chalk out further course of action.
