IMPHAL December 27: The 5th phase of a five days skill development program of handicrafts artisans of Manipur sponsored by the NCDPD, New Delhi which commenced from December 26 at the directorate of Commerce and Industries is being participated by twenty artisans of cane and bamboo. Reputed designers and resource persons from central and state government offices will impart training in the five day program. Certificates for the trainees will be distributed on December 30 at the premises of the directorate, a release of S Birendra Singh, OSD, Handicrafts has stated.
