IMPHAL, Jan 18: Electioneering for the 10th state assembly intensified with the CPI, CPM and MSCP releasing their manifestos today.
The CPI manifesto was released at a solemn function at Irabot Bhavan by state secretary Dr M Nara while Y Mani, president MSCP, and Ksh Shanta, state secretary CPM, released their party manifestos at their offices at Konung Mamang and Governor’s Road respectively.
