IMPHAL, January 21: The person who was reportedly killed in a encounter with Imphal West Commandoes on January 20 at Kiyamgei Shantipur has been identified as Md Zamir (30) s/o Phazur Rahman of Keiro Makting. Family members today said Zamir is a civilian. A Joint Action Committee was formed to seek justice for the death and a memorandum of demands was handed over to the Chief Minister today.
