IMPHAL, Jan 12: The designated oil pumps selected by the Indian Oil Coproration Limited ( Imphal Division) for supply of fuel for the ensuing 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly elections has been announced officially today.
The approved oil pumps include Phulchand Trilokchand, Khuyathong and Bakliwal Enterprise, North AOC will dedicated for Imphal Town, Tiddim Service Station, Keishampat will dedicated for Imphal West, Porompat, Porompat will dedicated for Imphal east, Kanhai and Sons, Thoubal will dedicated for Thoubal district, HL and Sons, Jiribam will supply for Jiribam ADC, Bitej Gasoline Centre, Bishnupur will supply fuel for Bishnupur, Nambol Service Centre, Nambol for Nombol, Suankhnun nd Sons, Churachandpur will supply for Churachandpur district, CR Nicholas, Chandel will supply fuel for Chandel district, Ksh Beikul Singh will supply for Kakching, Honka and Sons, Tamenglong will supply fuel for Tamenglong district, KV Services, Hundung will supply fuel for Ukhrul district, J&D Oil Agency Senapati will supply fuel for Senapati district and DK Oil Agency, Kangpokpi will supply fuel for Kangpokpi ADC for the prupose of the election activities.
In the meantime, according to an official order of the IOC, the authorities of the selected oil pumps are directed to maintain a maximum balance of Rs.12.43 lakhs (one laod of MS and one load of HSD) in their IOC account and also maintain a minimum under ground tank stock of 8 KL HSD till March 3, 2012.
It is also further informed all the owners and authorities of the selected dedicated oil pumps to bring any supply / distribution problem immediately to the notice of the SDRSM, Imphal as per the requirements, the official note of the IOC added.
