IMPHAL, Feb 15: The All Manipur Higher Secondary Contract Lecturer’s Association has announced that it will launch mass boycott of classes from February 21 and not perform duties at the high school and higher secondary school leaving examinations in the valley districts if their pending salaries are not paid before the date.
