IMPHAL, Feb 20: A police commando personnel, identified as Elangbam Ngouba, 25, son of Shyamkumar of Wabagai Pole Star College Mamang Leikai was killed in a road accident at around 4.30 pm yesterday at Hiyanglam Awang Leikai under Kakching police station. The victim succumbed to his injuries on the way to Shija Hospital.
