IMPHAL, Feb 14: The president of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee, Gaikhangam has extended his warm greetings to the Naga brethens on the occassion of Lui-Ngai-Ni, the seed sowing festival of Naga tribe.
He further appealed to all to maintain peace and harmony in the state.
Meanwhile Ethno Heritage Council (HERICOUN) has also given its greetings for Lui-Ngai-Ni festival to the Naga people of the state.
