IMPHAL, Feb 5: MSF and Pangal Students’ Organisation have expressed their appreciation at the measures taken up the treasury office to check the sale of non-judicial stamps at inflated rates. The two organizations have urged the stamp vendors to forward their opinions on confusion over the prices of stamp papers. It has further urged the authorities to stop issuing non-judicial stamps to the vendors.
