IMPHAL, Feb 23: The India Today report on Manipur’s next CLP leader ruined the day for many in pro-Ibobi camp. The said report projected dissident Minister Yumkham Irabot Singh as the incoming Chief Minister instead of Okram Ibobi Singh.A pro-Ibobi minister while dismissing the report said, ‘It is simply speculation. The Congress party does not work that way and it is for newly elected MLAs to choose their leader.’
