IMPHAL, Feb 8: A three-member team of Manipur State Commission for Women led by chairperson D L Ibetombi conducted a spot inquiry on the death of Ashem Inaobi Devi, daughter of Ibemcha Devi of Sekmaijin Mayai Leikai Ningol Khong as part of the ongoing reach out programme of the commission.
