IMPHAL, Mar 20: The Ethno Heritage Council, HERICOUN has expressed profound grief over the sudden demise of its founder convenor Babloo Laishram.
A statement of the body has informed that Babloo was also an asst general secretary of HERICOUN and was also human rights activist.
