IMPHAL, Mar 21: The Ethno Heritage Council, HERICOUN has wished the people of the state with the coming of the Shajibu Cheiraoba, the Manipuri New Year.
A statement of the council has wihed the state a better beginning with love and peace amongst the different communities living together in it.
