IMPHAL, Mar 16: The Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has warned the Catholic schools and other private schools in the state against charging exorbitant fees from the students. It also denounced religion-based education stating the students should be imparted education in a secular manner rather focusing on the narrow beliefs of religion.
The Maoist Party further maintained that the party would take stern action against the school authorities which do not reduce the school fees and impart secular form of education to the students.
