IMPHAL, March 14: The oath taking ceremony of the Chief Minister at the Banquet Hall of Raj Bhawan saw complaints from various MLAs in regard to sitting arrangements.
Invitees including the media had to go through a four barrier security check inside the Raj Bhawan before reaching the hall.
The sofas put up in front row were occupied by MLAs and their relatives and aides.
The chairs after the sofa row were seen occupied by senior officials from various departments and before the 3 pm deadline, while former Ministers and MLAs including the Protem Speaker L Nandakumar were seen seated in the back rows.
