IMPHAL, April 21: The teaching and non-teaching staffs of DM college of Arts have sent their condolence to the family of L Raghumani Singh who passed away on April 20. A meeting of the teaching and non-teaching staffs held today afternoon with Dr A Nungshitombi Devi, Principal DM College in the chair mourned the sudden demise and observed a two minute silence in honour of the departed soul.
The meeting also recalled the valuable services he contributed as a teacher and principal while he was in service at DM College. He retired as Chairman, Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur after serving as lecturer in English in different government colleges including GP Women’s College and DM College of Arts and Commerce and ultimately served as Principal of DM College of Arts and Additional Director (Univ & Hr) Education Manipur.
