IMPHAL, April 18: A Chinese hand grenade this late evening exploded at the residence of the Chief Engineer Minor Irrigation at Tera Sapam Leirak.
The hand grenade was lobbed by unknown miscreants suspected to be armed militants and exploded inside the residence however there has been no report of any casualty till the filling of this report.
