IMPHAL, April 18: The Chief Secretary DS Poonia will chair the 34th Monthly Meeting with administrative secretaries scheduled for April 4 at 10am at the conference hall of the Old Secretariat building.
According to a source, the meeting will discussed various agendas with the help of power-point presentations by the various department heads.
The Joint Director (I)/ planning will illustrate the present position of the department on various agendas.
The power-point presentation by the Joint Director will illustrate the present position of the status of expenditure under Annual Plan (2011-12) upto March 31, 2012; status of preparation of the Annual Plan 2012-13, utilization certificates for SPA 2011-12 and list of defaulting department.
The power point presentation will also touch upon the follow up action of the department on decisions taken during the 33rd monthly meeting on NRHM, RKVY< AIBP< RGGVY< NREGS and other flagship programmes, added the source.
During the said meeting the Commissioner finance will illustrate using power-point presentations on the state specific grants under the 13th Finance Commission, action required by from Ads on utilization of 13th Finance Commission funds, status of the conversion of AC bills to DCC bills, status of updation of accounts and audits for state PSUs and the status of collection under SOTR &SONTR for 2011-12.
Principal Secretary (C&I) will also make a PPT on the performance of the Commerce & Industries dept during 2011-12 and the action plan for 2012-13.
