IMPHAL, April 18: A 15-day basic course in news reporting organized by Department of Public Relations State Institute of Journalism, government of Manipur has begun at Manipur Press Club here on Wednesday.
At the opening ceremony of the basic course in news reporting, L Lakher, commissioner (IPR) and A Mobi, president AMWJU attended as chief guest and president respectively. All the resource persons and instructors of the basic course also attended the function.
