IMPHAL,April 27: Chairman of Longmai(Noney) village authority Joseph Gangme on behalf of the villagers expressed gratitude to Major General Binoy Poonen and 10 Assam Rifles.
A release acknowledged the Samaritan activities taken up by the Assam Rifles including counseling of local youths to join the armed forces, organizing winter football competition, sports meet, medical camps and construction of playgrounds etc.
