IMPHAL, May 24: Special Olympics Bharat Manipur Chapter has appealed to all the civil societies and other organizations not to call bandh or blockade during May 25 to 31, as they are hosting a Handball Coaching Camp from May 25 to 31, where around 300 intellectually disabled players including caretaker coach from other states of India will be participating for the coaching camp.
