IMPHAL, May 19: Negligence on the part of the college authorities is evident for decomposition of Loitam Richard’s death in Bangalore, according to local forensic experts here.
A senior professor of RIMS forensic department said, he has read the post-mortem report prepared by forensic team of Victoria hospital coupled with the pathological report of the Dept of Pathology, Banglaore Medical College and Research Institute.
While the final report said the cause of death could not be determined, it has also ruled out other causes of death including poison also.
The RIMS professor said, since all other causes of death has been ruled out the possible cause of death could be the multiple injuries in the reported fight at the hostel.
