IMPHAL, May 5: DESAM Kakching Zonal Council was open today with the head office secretary organization & co-ordination and assistant secretary general taking the chair and elected Ph Ibungo, Kha Manipur College as president, Oinam Sital, Kakching-Khunou College as vice president and Leiphrakpam Sangita Devi, Kakching-khunou College as secretary general for the term 2012-2014.
